Those fences all went in inside the same short window, and they are all failing at grade on the same schedule now — sandy soil that drains fast and holds nothing, an irrigation head hitting the same 4x4 every morning, and wood that looks perfect from the street until a squall lays forty feet of it into the neighbor's hedge.
I am the person who quotes it, digs it, sets it and invoices it.
