This page explains, in plain language, what happens to the information a homeowner gives me when they ask for a fence repair estimate. It is short because the operation is small and collects very little.
The estimate form on this site asks for a name, a phone number, the property ZIP code, the fence material, roughly how much of the fence is affected, whether gates are involved, and a short description of the problem. If you email or call instead, I have whatever you chose to tell me. That is the whole list. There is no account to create, no password, and no profile stored anywhere.
Exactly one thing: calling you back, scheduling a visit to measure the fence, and quoting the repair. If the job goes ahead, the same details appear on the written estimate and the invoice. Nothing is used for anything else.
No payment is ever taken through this website. There is no cart, no checkout page and no payment processor connected to this domain. Work is paid for at the property once it is finished, by check or by card on a handheld reader. Card numbers are handled by the payment terminal provider and are never stored by this business or on this site.
This site is static HTML. It sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking scripts of its own. The hosting provider keeps standard server access logs — IP address, timestamp, page requested — which are used only to keep the site online and secure. If you arrived here from an advertisement, the ad platform may have set its own measurement cookie under its own policy before you reached the page.
Estimate requests that don't turn into work are deleted within about ninety days. Records tied to a completed job — the estimate, the invoice, the address of the work — are kept for the period Florida requires for business and tax records.
Call or email and I will tell you what I have on file for you, correct it, or delete it. There is no form to fill in for that and no charge. Requests are handled within a few business days.
This is a home repair service for property owners. The site is not directed at children and no information is knowingly collected from anyone under 18.
If this policy changes, the revised date at the top of the page changes with it. Previous versions are not kept online.
